Welcome to the Clinton County Health Department's Vital Records online ordering system. Requests will be processed Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. The Health Department processes orders within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, once all information is available.
REQUESTING A BIRTH OR DEATH CERTIFICATE
Birth Certificates
- A copy of your birth certificate is on file in the County in which you were born.
- All persons born in Clinton County after 1882 have written birth certificates on file with the Health Department.
Death Certificates
- Certified copies of death certificates can be obtained for individuals that passed away in Clinton County from 1882 to the present.
